How do I book?

All you have to do is to provide us with the details of your travel details here and a quotation will be sent to your email within 1 working day. Upon confirmation, payment will be required to secure your booking.

How do I make payment?

We accept cheques and telegraphic transfer. Payment details will be furnished upon order confirmation.


Can I cancel my booking?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to cancel bookings. You can always reserve the credit for your next travel to Jakarta.


How are your drivers selected?

Our drivers are carefully selected from a pool of experienced veterans in Jakarta, and each one of them has an impeccable safety track record. Rest assured that we only deal with the best in trade.


Can your drivers speak other languages?

Besides Bahasa Indonesia, all of them can converse in basic English. If you do require other language support, please enquire.


Can I travel out of Jakarta?

While most of our drivers are familiar with the city, it is always possible to arrange for an itinerary that extends beyond Jakarta. Do drop us an enquiry on this and we’ll do our best to arrange to your satisfaction.


Are tour packages available?

No. However, you can customise your travel itinerary and our personal drivers will be able to bring you around Jakarta, whether in-town or out-of-town.


Terms & Conditions

As part of the booking process, please read the following terms and conditions:

PRICING
All pricing is in SGD. Prices quoted will only be valid for 14 calendar days. To lock in the price offered, please sign and return the quotation within the offered period.

PAYMENT
For all bookings, a full payment is required to guarantee your booking. Your booking will not be confirmed until your payment is received.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Please note that there will be no refunds if your booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed pickup time.

RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING
There is a 6-month grace period for all rescheduled bookings. Upon successful rescheduling, we will then reassess the itinerary to determine if there are any additional charges to be applied due to the change in itinerary (if any). If your booking is re-scheduled less than 48 hours before the appointed pickup time, there is a penalty charge of 30%, which is non-refundable.

VEHICLE DAMAGES
In the event if the vehicle is damaged, voluntarily or involuntarily by customers, Zoe Car Booking will impose a damage charge to customers after a professional car damage assessment.

SAFETY OF CUSTOMERS’ OBJECTS
Zoe Car Booking is not liable for any loss or theft of personal items left in the vehicles. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that valuable artifacts are treated with due diligence and therefore properly taken care of at all times.
